Recruitment expertise
During an initial meeting, we establish the connection between the candidate and the client’s demand based on hard and soft criteria. For instance, the candidate may take an assessment or capacity test. But that is not the only way we determine whether we have a match. Our gut feeling also plays a big role. This has everything to do with the years of experience and recruitment expertise of our recruitment consultants.
Employer vs. candidate
